How long does shipping take?
Most standard items ship within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days. Custom or made-to-order items (carbon fiber parts, custom steering wheels, etc.) take 7–14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking email. You can also visit our contact page if you need help locating your shipment.

Fitment & Compatibility

Will this fit my car?
Every product listing includes a fitment guide in the title or description. If you are unsure, email us at support@myvqparts.com with your year, make, and model and we will confirm fitment before you order.

Do your parts fit both the coupe and sedan?
Not always — coupes and sedans often have different body panels and interiors. Always check the product title for "Coupe" or "Sedan" to confirm. When in doubt, ask us.

What vehicles do you support?
We specialize in Nissan and Infiniti VQ engine vehicles including the G35, G37, Q50, Q60, 350Z, 370Z, and GTR. We also carry select universal accessories.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, uninstalled items in original packaging. Custom orders and electrical components are final sale. Contact us at support@myvqparts.com to start a return.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Take photos immediately and email them to support@myvqparts.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will make it right.

Installation

Do your products come with installation instructions?
Most products include instructions. Every product page also has a "How to Install" guide written specifically for that product type. For complex installs (steering wheels, airbag covers, forced induction) professional installation is recommended.

Can you recommend an installer?
Yes — email us at support@myvqparts.com and tell us your location. We will do our best to point you toward a trusted shop in your area.

Products & Payments

Are your carbon fiber parts real carbon fiber?
Yes. Unless otherwise stated, our carbon fiber products are genuine woven carbon fiber — not ABS plastic with a carbon print. Product listings specify the material.

Why is there a processing fee in my cart?
Some products carry a small processing fee that is automatically applied at checkout. This covers additional handling costs for certain items. The fee is shown clearly in your cart before you check out.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Affirm (buy now, pay later).
