How to Install: 2Row Aluminum Radiator For 2003 2004 2005 2006 2007 Infiniti G35 Coupe Sedan

  1. Allow the engine to cool completely — never open a hot cooling system.
  2. Place a drain pan under the vehicle and drain the coolant from the drain valve.
  3. Remove the factory hose or component by loosening the clamps and sliding the hose off.
  4. Install the new part and tighten all clamps securely.
  5. Refill the cooling system with the correct coolant mixture (50/50 distilled water and coolant).
  6. Run the engine with the heater on full and bleed any air from the system.
  7. Check for leaks after the first heat cycle and top off if needed.
