How to Install: For 09-20 370Z/09-13 G37 3.7L V6 Dual Cold Air Black Long tube Intake Kit+Blue Air Filter

  1. Professional installation strongly recommended. This is a complex mechanical job.
  2. Allow the vehicle to cool completely. Lift and support safely on jack stands.
  3. Remove the factory exhaust manifolds — this typically requires removing the O2 sensors, heat shields, and multiple bolts in tight spaces.
  4. Clean the cylinder head mating surfaces.
  5. Install new header gaskets and hand-thread the new headers into position.
  6. Torque header bolts to spec in the correct sequence (from center outward).
  7. Reinstall O2 sensors and all heat shields.
  8. Start the vehicle and check for leaks. Retorque bolts after the first heat cycle.
