How to Install: MyVQParts Homei Extreme 350Z Titanium Full Exhaust Muffler

  1. Allow the vehicle to cool completely. Lift and support the vehicle safely on jack stands.
  2. Spray all exhaust bolts and hangers with penetrating oil 20–30 minutes before removal.
  3. Support the exhaust with a floor jack before unbolting.
  4. Remove the factory exhaust section by unbolting the flanges and releasing the rubber hangers.
  5. Compare the new exhaust to the factory section to confirm correct fitment.
  6. Install the new exhaust and thread all flange bolts by hand before tightening.
  7. Align the exhaust tips and check clearance from heat-sensitive components.
  8. Torque all bolts to specification and rehang all rubber hangers.
  9. Start the engine and check for leaks at all connection points.
